Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is an advanced manipulation of the connective tissue (aka myofascia or fascia) performed with no oils or lotions. The higher grip obtained this way allows me to access and manipulate specific layers of the fascia in a way that the gliding strokes of massage cannot achieve.

Laryngeal Manipulation

Laryngeal Manipulation is a hands-on treatment designed for all professional voice users (singers, actors, voice-overs, teachers, etc.) and it is sometimes referred to as Voice Massage or Circum-laryngeal Massage.

Structural Bodywork

How do I book an appointment?

Will my medical insurance cover the cost of the treatment?

Unfortunately I do not work with any insurance company at the moment therefore my treatments will not be covered.

What should I wear for a session?

For her: opaque/sports underwear & bra

For him: opaque/sports briefs or boxer shorts

For them: opaque/sports undergarments as comfortable

How should I prepare for a session?

Shower normally and do not wear any body lotion.

It is better to receive treatment on an empty stomach.

Should I book a 60 or 90 minute appointment?

This is a personal choice. For the first session it is advisable to book a longer time slot but it is not a requirement. This will allow for a more thorough consultation and investigation of the issue.

Do you offer any student discount?

Students of the Royal Academy of Music, the Royal College of Music, Trinity College London and Guildhall School of Music and Drama, upon presentation of a valid student badge will receive a £18 discount both on 60 and 90 min appointments.
